AUSTRALIAN CHILDHOOD FOUNDATION

My Little Perfect proudly supports the Australian Childhood Foundation.  Our product ranges are inspired by colour and learning and as a former Primary and Secondary school art teacher and now a mum, children's wellbeing is at the core of why I do what I do.  Every child has the right to a safe and happy childhood and that is why My Little Perfect supports the work of ACF.  Our support is helping ensure that children can recover from the devastating impacts of trauma caused as a result of abuse and neglect.

My Little Perfect donates 10% of our monthly sales turnover to the Australian Childhood Foundation, so when you purchase a product from any of our ranges, you are making a contribution towards helping children achieve their potential beyond such pain.

ST KILDA MUMS COLLABORATIVE PROJECT.  MY LITTLE PERFECT/ FRANKIE & SWISS/ WH AMAD

It is great when creatives can pool their talents together to help those in need.  This is what My Little Perfect, Frankie & Swiss Boutique Textiles and WH Amad Commercial Linen Manufacturers are doing.  Our Melbourne based business's have collaborated to bring some joy to new mums in need at Christmas this year,  by donating 20 organic cotton fitted cot/toddler bed sheets, to St Kilda Mums to distribute.  St Kilda Mums rehome new and pre-loved baby goods and nursery equipment to families in need. The fitted sheets are designed by My Little Perfect, fabric made by Frankie & Swiss and manufactured by WH Amad.

This project started as a bit of a crazy idea and I thought surely we as these creatives can come together and utilise our skills to make this collaboration happen.  So, very late one night, I sent Rachel from Frankie & Swiss (who prints all my other fabrics) and Rebecca and Jack from WH Amad (who manufacture My Little Perfect sheets) an email about my idea.  I had nothing to lose, and the idea just seemed to make sense, we can actually all do this, its what we do on a daily basis, I thought to myself.  I just had to drive it.

Within two days everyone was on board. And I am eternally grateful for the support of our team.

Jessica, the St Kilda Mums CEO and the donations team at St Kilda Mums are very excited about our project and we can't wait to make our special Christmas delivery, so some special little bundles can have sweet dreams at Christmas.
